“I've been here a few times. I love the hotel and I like red roof a lot. Last time I was here i had my dog. Today I didn't. It was good. It was like 50 degrees outside and the windows opened. the AC just doesn't go below 66°f which sucks because I was very hot all night even with the AC on and we tried the windows at one point. “Fantastic stay! Unique and castle-like property. Sandy was an amazing server at the high end restaurant. I recommend the tomahawk pork chop, which can be made into a gluten free dish. Cocktails were tasty and worth the calories. I would stay again! ”

“The hotel is clean and well maintained and the breakfast was standard but pretty good. When I checked in I noticed the room was not what I reserved. The person at the desk refused to help. She said it’s Expedia’s fault and she can’t do anything about it. She said next time don’t use Expedia and you’ll get better results. Also, the hotel has a weird configuration. You have about a three minute walk to get to front desk from elevator. ”

“Even though staff were nice, rooms had cobweb and there was crack on bathroom tile. Bathroom floor felt sticky. I have been to so many Hampton Inn but never experienced this kind of dirty room. Also, alarm went off middle of night and it took almost 20mins to shut it off.”
