“The hotel is pretty new, the beds are VERY comfortable, the blinds completely block light for excellent sleeping, and the rooms have a spacious, usable layout. That being said, there were a lot of broken items on the property--the treadmill was broken, the laundry room dryer was broken, I noticed parts missing from door handles, etc. For a new property, it was odd that so many items were out of service. “I’ll start this review by recalling the horrendous discomfort my nose experienced on the first night. Although the front desk staff was polite, friendly, and quickly switched our room, we went from a room that smelled strongly of mold to one with a musty odor. While it was an improvement, we still had to make a trip to Walmart to buy air fresheners (which we left behind) and deodorizers (which we took with us) just to make the room bearable. “Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Beautiful pool. Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was great. Lots of parking. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.”

“This hotel feels like history when you reach the road it over looks. Obviously close enough to west point, shuttles are close by and the cute town close to the hotel has enough to walk to as well. The hotel was a fun stay because of all the fun architecture and its surroundings. Worth a stay to do what is local and to tour West Point. I’d stay here again if I came to this town!! But not sure there are many other options this close anyways!”

“A ok overall as the room had only two lamps, not bright enough, only one hanger, no straightening of the room on Thursday (7/16/‘26) even though I left the room before 9:30 am & took off the “no disturb” sign, noisy until well around 2:30 am, etc — took photos & video of the room before I left.”
