What made it especially great was that it is right across the street from a dog park and a running/walking trail (one loop was 0.6 miles!). ”

The view of the Buffalo River could be seen throughout the house. Loved the vibe! The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The access to the river was difficult with VERY steep stairs that would be impassable by most prople. Definitely don’t consider this to have reasonable “river access”.
