“Very clean & comfortable. The restroom area was very organized & clean. The cable was efficient with ESPN & movies to watch. But the ice machine was broken my entire stay, so I had to walk to the store every single time for cups of ice. We also came for the pool but turns out it was closed our entire stay as well so that made it kind of boring. I would call ahead of time to ask if the pool is open & if the ice machine is working before paying online. Other than that it was a great & comfortable...

“The bed and pillows were comfortable and though we had a room with 2 dbl beds, rather than a single queen, there was more than sufficient room for 2 people. It may have been a little crowded with 4 people, but if they were children, it would work. It was nice having both a microwave and small refrigerator, although only the refrigerator was used. It would have been nice to have 2 handtowels in the in-room sink area, but the the shower was great! The breakfast offerings were OK--mostly...

“my issue is with ORBITZ. my hotel reservation in Bloomfield , NM was made 2 months ago. the day before my arrival, Best Western Bloomfield calls to tell me I do not have a room because ORBITZ overbooked their hotel buy using EXPEDIA as a go between. Fortunately another hotel was available about 20 miles away. NOT COOL ORBITZ!”
