“There were only vertical blinds in the window facing the parking lot and they did not close flat. Light came in all night and I’m sure that someone could see in if they tried to. Also nearby room had guests sitting right outside their door smoking for a couple of hours.”

When we checked in we were told that we would not have continental breakfast because that was reserved for a special group of people. We asked for a different room and she said they were booked. “When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...

“My friend and I expected a good experience when we walked in the door: the space was nicely laid out and furnishings were comfortable. What we got was: No way to turn on AC in one room due to a missing remote, and it was 90 degrees out, and we were too short to see if we could manually turn it on. (In-house guidebook said use the remote.) Damp second bath towel in the bathroom closet required us to have to search for dry bath towels in other rooms.
