“Rooms were not at all what was posted. 1st floor was in the basement. Beds and pillows were not at all comfy. Breakfast was cereal with little milk. Waffle iron stuck. No meat or eggs. No fruit or yogurt. Not pastries. Posted biscuits and gravy...none. Do not waste your time or money!!”

“We never received check in instructions. Property owner wouldn’t message me back. Had to call VRBO two times, both phone calls lasting over an hour. They were unable to get in touch with property. I did receive a refund, and when the property finally got back to us they said the reservation was cancelled because they “couldn’t verify age”. Do not recommend booking here, but VRBO was helpful.”

“I'm originally from the area. It's been some years since I've been back. I am shocked at the change. I am surprised how clean and quiet this motel was. It was worth the value. I would definitely stay again. I had no problems while staying here. The sink was leaking but I showed the housekeeper. The AC worked fine. The shower water pressure wasn't that great, but I am thankful I had a clean shower/tub. The room was cleaner then what I found it. Just for safety reasons I wiped everything down with...

“This was a perfect place to stay. Close enough to hot springs to walk. Lots of room to park my truck and boat. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable! It is brand new so everything from the pots and pans to the bathroom are very nice”
