“The room was very clean, which we really appreciated. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, although at times the service did not quite feel at the level you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The property itself seems to have great potential, but some areas could use a bit more attention and maintenance. For example, near the main entrance there was a section under repair covered with plastic and tape, which affected the first impression a little. The breakfast offered both sweet and...

“The host was welcoming, the apartment was clean and we got fresh towels every morning. The host was always happy to help whenever we needed anything and gave us the absolute best recommendation for restaurants to visit. We enjoyed our stay.”

“hotel bello e pulito in ottima pozione”

Dolce pari a zero. Buon viaggio a tutti”

“We had the best stay at Jako hotel! The service was top notch, special thanks to Odisi and Ida (forgive me if the spellings are wrong). Because it was low season, we got free early check-in and late check-out, which we really needed. And they were always very accommodating and friendly. There is a halal restaurant one minute away which we went thrice. The bus from Saranda to Ksamil passes by the hotel so you can ask the driver to drop off at the hotel, but the bus from Ksamil to Saranda town...

“Gabriel and Skergli (the bartender) RULE! 💯 The front desk clerks on day shift were lifesavers as well. ☺️ I will definitely return!”

“Great hotel perfectly located in saranda. Breakfast is very good rooms are spacious and newly renovated. Staff very helpful. Rooftop restorant has a lovely view. Choose a sea view room.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and, most importantly, its incredible staff. The property itself is beautiful, our room was amazing, and the view we had was simply wonderful. Everything was comfortable, well maintained, and made our holiday feel truly special. However, what really made our stay unforgettable was the kindness, warmth, and helpfulness of the staff. From the very beginning, the team went above and beyond to help us. We had...
