“Good place if you have kids. Missing porridge for breakfast and kids club closes if the kids are out, meaning if you have a younger than 4 years old kid, you cannot continue playing indoor. But amazing staff and my 5 years old boy had a blast”

“If you are travelling and want an airport hotel this is okay it’s incredibly busy takes a long time for room Service to come the lifts were broken - for a big hotel out of four lifts there was only two. I had to walk up the stairs quite a bit and I was on the 10th floor when the staff did reach out they were very good and flexible and accommodating to help you -”

“Absolute 10 out of 10 experience. As a first-time solo traveler to Bali, this hotel was everything I could have asked for. It’s super cute, beautiful, and very clean. The location is incredibly convenient—I booked a few tours with hotel pickup and it made exploring so easy. The breakfast was bomb, and the gorgeous pool was the cherry on top. “Honestly we are from Perth and have come to Bali every year for the last 20 years and we have stayed everywhere, hotels and villas, but this was the truly the best family holiday hotel we have had. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, stunning gardens, amazing staff, we cannot fault it. I really rate the poolside staff who had so much to juggle they were so good, but also the location is perfect we will come back here, highly recommend this and whilst it’s not cheap it is definitely worth it :)”
