“All the staff were very friendly! The AC in my room was making extra noise and therefore disturbed my sleep. The staff tried to resolve the problem but without success. They said a new unit would be installed nevertheless it wasn’t done. The hotel is quite worn and could use some touching up. Again very friendly staff all the way.”

“This property is poorly maintained and unfortunately, I don’t think I would be back unless major renovations take place. The food was well done, and we do appreciate the complementary anniversary dinner, however, the preparation time is way too long. Furniture in the room needs to be deep cleaned. “If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi.”
