“Nobody spoke English!!! It isn't normal in a 4 stars hotel!!! There were people smoking in the hall and the staff didn't help me doing a bus booking, so there wasn't any tourist desk! The pool is in the car parking (in fact nobody used it!). Very poor breakfast for a 4 stars hotel”
