“The place is magical. Scenery is beautiful. The only downside is that the food is not so great although breakfast was excellent. Initially we had planned to explore the area, like visiting Der El Kamar and the Barouk Cedar reserve. We opted to stay in Bkerzay the three days we were there.”

“Everything was perfect even before the arrival. I have contacted the hotel one day before for few questions and I was surprised that there was no reservation in my name. They did not receive the reservation confirmation nor the booking receipt from hotels.com!!! however, they granted us an upgrade to compensate without extra charge. The outdoors were breathtaking, the room spacious and very clean and all the hotel's amenities were perfectly satisfying for a getaway.”
