“Questo resort e' considerato il migliore della zona. E' un 5 stelle, ma non ai livelli europei. Le camere necessiterebbero di essere ristrutturate. Resta comunque una bella struttura in una bella posizione. Una considerazione a parte e' per il personale, che merita un dieci e lode. Personale sorridente, cortese. Bravi bravi bravi”

“Great room and can’t fault the facilities and location to the centre. However, I am giving a 3 star review because the WiFi doesn’t work and the food options weren’t great. It should have been mentioned that the hotel only offers slow WiFi that only works for one hour a day”

“We arrived around 6.30pm during a crazy storm, the down pour was full on. The signs could be clearer, our driver struggled to get up the steep hill so we walked with our bags. Staff were great, had dinner in the room and cocktails, tasted great. Room was nice with great views. We would happily stay here again. ”

Camere belle, grandi e con una bellissima vista sulla vallata. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Insomma tutto benissimo ma un ringraziamento speciale va al personale. “There was no housekeeping drive in our room when we checked-in. The floor was dusty, there were insects , lizards , cobwebs , spiders and everything else you can imagine in our room. The staff was not at all cooperative. The quality of the materials used for construction in the room are very poor. Not at all value for money. Only the staff at the restaurant were friendly and accomodating. The air conditioner in the room also started leaking.”

“Property as difficult to reach by vehicle, particularly at night. Situated a long way from Ella with very limited dining options. Rooms are very basic with no amenities. Breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. ”
