“The room smelled moldy. The booking site said I paid for breakfast included but the hotel charged me for it. No hot water. Location is OK: near the bus station.”

“I did not book online checked for the availability was showing 5 rooms available when enquired he says all full I showed him it's available then he says suite is available I'll charge a premium to it and then says I'll give you another room in the evening as we needed 2 rooms. This conversation wasted my 1 hr had spoken to the manager complete non cooperative. These ppl don't understand the meaning of service industry 10 out of seven activities closed. ”

“The room partitions appeared like a IT workspace cabins. The main entrance of the facility was locked from outside and whenever guest wants to go outside, asked to call through the landline to anther place, from where a person will come open the door to let go out. The individual rooms also had three beds and guests are asked not to lock the door, when he/she is inside and locked and key is kept with the management, when we go out.”
