“Good food ”

“Not quite a 4-star experience. A beautiful property and nice rooms, but let down by poor housekeeping and disappointing evening meals in particular for children. Lacking the Austrian charm that we would expect and enjoy on a skiing holiday. ”

“Perfectly located hotel with the added convenience of the ski in and out access. Great that ski storage was included in the price too. Every area was kept immaculately clean with rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent and the food delicious. We stayed half board and thought the starter and dessert offering from the buffet along with the pre ordered main course (choice of 3) was perfect. Service was excellent all staff were found to be friendly and...

“Molto deludente, cabina scomoda, rumorosa, personale poco professionale (non puoi mettertica parlare fuori le cabine ben oltre la mezzanotte!),:condizioni economiche non chiare, ok la tassa di soggiorno a parte ma la colazione (pessima) su expedia doveva venire 7€ adulti,4 bambini, fatto invece pagare 8 e 5,oltre ad altri costi furbi addebitati. A mai più rivederci!”

“Ein ganz tolles Hotel, mit außergewöhnlich gutem Essen und schönem Wellnessbereich. Ganz besonders aufgefallen ist uns, wie freundlich das Personal und die Inhaberfamilie war. Das haben wir bisher selten erlebt und man fühlte sich sehr willkommen bis fast schon zuhause. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!”
