“部屋付きのお風呂（温泉ですべすべ）で眺めも最高でした。 ハンガーが二つしかないので増やしてほしいです。部屋の外のお風呂のところにバスタオル等を干すロープがあればいいかなと思います。温泉の泉質は、いいんですが少し小さなゴミの様な物が浮いていたのが気になりました。”

“1、月日の経ってる高級ホテルで、建物自体古さを感じるのは仕方ないが、客室の電球切れは少し残念に思いました。 2、王様のビュッフェを1番楽しみにしてましたが、期待度が高すぎて少しギャップを感じました。特に天ぷらは2品しかなくもっと種類が欲しかったです。 子供向けの食事も有れば嬉しかってです。 3、館内は基本浴衣、スリッパでの移動はNG（チェックイン時に説明あり）でしたが、客室から浴場までの直通エレベーターがあり、そちらからの浴衣移動は可でした。（事前に説明なし。私服で浴場へ行き脱衣所で他のお客様が浴衣だったので後にわかりました） その事は案内用紙に小さく書かれていたので気がつきません。 その他は大変満足できました。”

“This was a great place to stay. Some of the staff spoke English very well. The only downside to it was the restroom. The toilet was so close to the wall that my knees were pressed against the wall when in the sitting position. As for standing they have a urinal downstairs. ”

“Per la categoria ed il prezzo dell' hotel lo abbiamo trovato vetusto, lasciato andare senza manutenzione. Ottima la,pulizia e ottimissimo il mangiare in stile Giapponese. Se façessero la manutenzione esterna e ritentiggiature delle stanze sarebbe perfetto. Camere molto ampie e letti enormi”
