“Great stay! Hotel was close to everything. Walking distance to shopping and food. Taxis were always available. We traveled with 3 kids and the stay was super easy. I’ll definitely go again if I’m in the tenjin area.”

“The rooms were dated and the furniture and drapes were worn and in need of replacement. There was a crack in the bathroom sink filled with silicon and the hot water fluctuated from cold to hot during a shower. The extra charge to use the spa and pool (2200 yen) was disappointing given the price of the room and should have been complimentary for guests.
