“I had booked a Twin bed room. They did not give me that, instead they gave me a queen bed and an additional cot was added. Why? They said some cricket team extended their stay, to which I asked then why did you put up the twin bed room for booking? They did not have an answer to my query. Also the bedroom had many mosquitoes.
