“It is a terrible hotel. There is no room service, even though they claim to have 24 hours room service. No one answers phones at front desk. Even though supposed to be a relatively new property, it is maintained very badly. House keeping is poor. Rooms are only done up after several reminders. Bed sheets are stained. Will never stay again”

“We loved staying at the coconut alley. The staff were very kind and helpful. Most of all Mr. Saravanan who created bespoke dishes flawlessly. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunches and desserts. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and in close proximity to the beach. The rooftop also has great views of the sea. We would very highly recommend this to all the travelers who are looking for a peaceful convenient getaway from city life. ”

“Good decent staff. Very decent hotel. 24 hour checkout time. Good vegetarian hotels closely. Only entering from one of the sides is difficult due to busy roads. Entering from bus stand side is much better in a busy locality.”
