“I see quality of service and facility has dropped from my previous stays. Staff is ok. Bathrooms need maintenance and repairs. Reception has not enforcement of lines. People just cut you off to get what they want and staff keeps serving them while you wait patiently in lines. Restaurant for buffet opens at 6:30am with very skinny staff and no one to take care of you. Food is ok.”

“Booked 4 rooms for guests to a function. My review is based on their feedback. The address of the property on Expedia is wrong. There are 3 butterfly apartments managed by the same team. When our first guest reached the property at Expedia address, they redirected them elsewhere. Even that took a while as the manager seems confused. Our guest had to spend an extra hour running around on ubers before they got a room. Fortunately, I could inform my other guests of the correct location so the pain...
