“Loved Thermia Palace and can’t wait to return!”

“Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...

“For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. The lunch and dinner was excellent. ”

“Room was excellent. Very few staff spoke English but fortunately we spoke German which seems to be their second language.”

“Hotel Trajan is located on the West side of the bridge while the check-in desk, dining room and parking are located on the East of the bridge. It's a ten minute walk between the two. Trajan is dated but it's clean and located in the middle of Centrum; so it's really convenient. I'd have to say the building is quaint. The doing room is eclectic because you are assigned a seat; well, I wasn't assigned a seat but was shuffled all over. The selection of breakfast food is OK... if you get there late,...

“Très déçu de cet appartement. Erreur lors de la réservation pas de notre part, ils nous proposent un autre appart' plus cher ou suivant leurs propos "d aller en chercher un autre ailleurs". Fatigués de la route, nous acceptons de payer (encaissement du surplus en liquide donc pas de preuve...) Malheureusement, nous payons pour un appart' sale (coton tige sous le lit, cuisine grasse, noir sur les murs, trous dans les murs...), terrasse à disposition mais inaccessible (pas de poignée sur la...
