“The staff were really nice, and we were treated well. The food was also delicious. However, the room was not as we expected; the headboard had a dark, dirty stain on it in both of our rooms. I didn’t make any complaints as I was only staying for one night and slept on the opposite side. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but there is definitely room for improvement in the room walls, bathroom, and bed headrest. ”

“Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay”
