“Wow, this hotel is something. The breakfast buffet and dinner service is incredible, as were all of the kids activities. Our 9 year old had a blast on the slides and in the kids/teens rooms. The outdoor pools are quite something. We hope to be able to come back during ski season to enjoy the ski in/out options!”

L'area Spa necessita di alcuni accorgimenti, per esempio maggiore disponibilità di asciugamani per gli ospiti, oltre a quello fornito in stanza, all'ingresso se ne trovano molto pochi se non nulla. ”

L'hotel si trova vicino all'inizio della strada principale di Bischofshofen, dove ci sono negozi, supermercato, bar e ristoranti. Parcheggio di proprietà della struttura a pagamento.”

Siamo stati alloggiati in un mini-appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, silenzioso, con terrazza panoramica con vista sul centro di Bad Gastein. Ottima e abbondante colazione a buffet. Personale gentile. Unico neo: la piscina dell'albergo era momentaneamente chiusa per manutenzione.”

“Don’t think twice and just book this hotel. The location is wonderful, views beautiful, staff are lovely, food is incredible. One of the best breakfast buffets we have had. We booked half board and the dinner each night was over the top delicious. Kids loved the pools and enjoyed the kids club. Will return!”

“Enjoyed our stay! The staff were very accommodating and the thermal pool has the best view in Gastein. Our room was in the historic portion of the hotel. When we opened the windows for cool mountain air, we could also hear the waterfall. Very relaxing! ”

“Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...

“Posto incantevole dove potersi riposare e rigenerare. Hotel ottimo sia come posizione sia per la qualità dei servizi offerti. Personale alla reception gentilissimo e preparato. Camera grande con salottino, armadi con tanto spazio, frigo e TV. Bagno con doccia grande e con tutti gli accessori di qualità, compreso accappatoi e ciabatte. Piscina interna ben tenuta. “Die Anmeldung an der Rezeption am Ankunftstag war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Ein ganz großes Plus ist auch die vorhandene kostenlose Parkgarage. Da es schneite, war diese wirklich Gold wert. Unsere Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sie war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. ”
