“Made me to stay in Maharashtra Bhawan (saying Vallabh Palace and Maharashtra Bhawan are pertaining to the same owner). Neither asked nor done cleanness No breakfast served.”

“When I reached hotel yesterday Afternoon around 2 PM, I was told that there is no reservation for our 3 rooms. After repeated requests & also confirming the reservation over phone after booking, the hotel person said there is no room available in that property & said he can give only in another place where the building is very old, no lift. The rooms he gave us in a different property is not like a hotel. It is totally a lodge with 4 rooms in the terrace with an iron structure staircase....
