“Ottimo soggiorno, ma l'hotel e' molto al disotto degli standard tipici della catena Sheraton. Dovrebbero farsi seri sforzi per rinnovarlo. Il confronto con il vicino e molto più curato Kempinski lo fa apparire come un hotel di massimo tre stelle. Colazione anch'essa al disotto di quella che ci si deve attendere da un hotel di quel livello. Punti positivi la bella piscina ed il personale, estremamente gentile ed a disposizione del cliente. Lunghe attese al check-in per avere la stanza.”

“Excellent service and value. All of the staff are truly kind. I use their airport pick up service and it was a breeze. Good breakfast, strong Wi-Fi. The pool is nice and the location near the port is very convenient if you are going to take a scuba cruise. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Highly recommend. And I am going back there in a week.”

“Rien à dire sur le personnel, ils étaient professionnels et respectueux surtout les dames à la réception mais les services de leurs chambres étaient médiocres, déjà les toilettes c’est pas conçu pour des musulmans, pas d’eau juste des papiers des toilettes et y’avait pas des serviettes de pain devant le toilettes pour essuyer les pieds. ”
