“We have always stayed in Provo and decided to venture to Middle this trip. The water is beautiful and you feel like you are the only people in the world! The house has literally everything needed. “Just magical. North Caicos is remote and requires a few extra steps to get there, but if the idea of being on the water, looking out on islands and sand with no one else in sight, appeals at all to you then this is an amazing place to stay.Alison was a fantastic host who was very prompt in responding to our questions. She has a deep and thorough knowledge of the island and gave great advice on places to see and local restaurants to try.I would give six stars if I had the option.”

“This was such an amazing find. My girlfriend and I are not resort people and so we wanted to find a property that both would allow us to feel like we are an apart of the island. This was the perfect spot cozied right next to a very popular beach as well as being away from the resorts. Susan was an amazing host and very kind and easy to communicate with. “The house is a duplex and there was another young family there at the same time but other than them, this beach is essentially your own private beach. So quiet, secluded and beautiful! We walked and watched turtles and rats the whole time we were there. House was well stocked with things we needed and everything was great! Would highly recommend! ”

“Rocky Top Villa is tranquil, comfortable, and well-equipped. The views from the deck are phenomenal and a wonderful way to start and end the day. The night sky will please any stargazer.
