“Staff made it worth the stay”

“Stayed here 22/8/26 to 27/8/26 visiting family We received a warm welcome and given advice on facilities. We booked a superior room through Expedia, and stayed in room number 112 breakfast and evening meal included however we like to eat out. We did try evening meals twice it was ok. Rooms were clean but missed the cleaning morning after our arrival. Even though we put the sign for cleaning on the door. I don’t understand this when plenty of staff were around the corridor. Just to be aware, I...

“Tappa di lavoro. Hotel ottimo”

Our room was great, and the breakfast they served in the morning was superb, definitely a highlight of the stay. What really made the experience special was the hospitality. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. We were lucky enough to chat with her for a good amount of time, and getting to know her was an absolute treat. It’s a beautiful place to unwind, and the...

“Nice place. Close to downtown, so you can just walk. Stayed 2 nights. We enjoyed it.”

“Pet friendly”

“Quaint little place near the Valley of Beautiful Women. Room was great. Restaurant and bar on site and mere steps from 40+ wine bars. Very helpful staff. If I return, this is where I'll stay.”

“Un alloggio a gestione familiare, amore e professionalità. Tutti molto gentili e collaborativi. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Contiamo di tornarci alla prossima occasione.”

“The place was okay, the owner rude and arrogant. Also, they charged me extra "tax"although I was already paid once I booked the apartment. Obviously no receipt had been provided. Smelled fishy to me...”
