“Probably the most beautiful Resort on Exuma.
Our interior-design Villa was a perfect interpretation of royal/colonial caribbean style.
The 23th North Restaurant was very good with a very friendly staff (others staff was not so friendly..).
Very good stay with all the comfort. I suggest it.”

“Regatta Point è stupendo, incantevole. La proprietaria veramente molto gentile. Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti a Regatta Point e siamo stati benissimo, una bellissima vista da tutte le finestre della casa. Il mare in casa. E' stato sempre un piacere ritornare a Regatta dopo aver girovagato per l'isola. Consigliato.”

“Esperienza positiva , cottage vista mare " windmill" ampio confortevole e direttamente sulla sabbia. Il cottage e' dotato di una ampia cucina soggiorno ma manca il piano cottura anche se e' disponibile un forno a microonde il tostapane e frigorifero.”

“This was my 3rd time to Exuma and I took my 2 teenagers for their first time. Peter and Betty were wonderful hosts. They answered my questions quickly and were waiting for us when we arrived to show us around their wonderful property. The location is wonderful, very close to 2 grocery stores and a short distance to Georgetown. I would definitely stay there again if I make it back to Exuma!”

“We stayed in Coral Sands May 2-9, 2022. There were 3 couples… using 2 bedrooms upstairs & 1 bedroom in the efficiency apartment downstairs. Perfect for a group, plus privacy. The home is tidy & well stocked. Best of all, the AC blows cold when you need it!
