“The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

“It's a good value for money business hotel. Rooms are small but everything is in order. The hotel is next to the beautiful Al Hamra building and shopping centre which can offer plenty of good restaurants (and a cinema!). I will definitely come back here for my next business trip to Kuwait”
