“A welcomed experience at the Grand Fergana Hotel.
I felt all the staff wanted to ensure my comfort and for me to enjoy my stay there They achieved it ! They were welcoming, polite, respectful, efficient to the point of helping to carry my shopping bags to the room, and worked as a team. Thank you to all.
It was clean, tidy, aesthetically pleasing ..especially with the antics of the peacock and his four peahens :)
I would be happy to return again.”

“Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service aller Mitarbeiter ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns 2 Transfers und einen Tagesausflug vom Hotel organisieren lassen. Die Kommunikation vorab ist sehr freundlich und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.Das Bett ist das bequemste was wir in ganz Usbekistan hatten. Das Superior Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und der Blick in den Garten sehr schön. Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Restaurant ist sehr zu...
