“Upon arrivining, we quickly realized our room was smaller than expected, and not the City view requested. We were staying 5 days, and staff understandably arranged a larger room which was ideal. The staff was friendly and very accomadating, We had a prearrranged breakfast every day, which was excellent. The pool was a little disappointing, 3 ft deep, not mentioned in advertising, still very nice, nice for families. I would highly recommend the Alida Hotlel for the above, the location is...

“Absolutely nasty!! Walked in to room only to find a nasty dirty room. Dirt and grass in the entry and not just a little. It was almost like the door was open when the grass was mowed. The room had a musty smell. The worst part was the bathroom. There were pubic hairs on the counter top and the white tissue dispenser. There were also hairs in the tub which was also not cleaned and was stained. There were mildew and mold around the tub and floor. The bathroom floor was stained and dirty....

Courtland Grand Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Courtland Grand Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

8/10 Buono
Consigliato."
