“Sehr schönes Hotel, aber leider nicht durchgehend auf Mandarin-Oriental-Niveau. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Bett und Bettwäsche sind ausgesprochen bequem und hochwertig, das Bad sehr geräumig. Auch der Pool ist wunderschön und sauber, der Service dort freundlich und aufmerksam. Wasser sowie kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Eis oder Säfte waren ein schönes Extra. Leider war unser Zimmer bei Bezug nicht ausreichend sauber: Haare und Flecken auf der Bettwäsche sowie...

“The Chedi is the most amazing hotel we ever stayed (and we travel quite a lot!) Everything was perfect, great facilities, nice gym lessons, amazing food, really quiet and peaceful. The grounds are absolutely beautiful from pools to the gardens. The spa is the only facility that doesn't match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. We will definitely come back. ”

“I booked a sea view standard room and when I checked in, we were kindly upgraded to a sea view suite, which had an incredible space and felt like a home from home feeling. The check in was seamless and very friendly. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and I wish this hotel all the best. Location is perfect and close to beach, marina and the Walk. We will be back.”

“Ottimo Hotel nel complesso, ottima la stanza, la colazione e il personale. La nota negativa è la piscina molto piccola e la zona solarium, in totale ci sono 10 lettini per un hotel da oltre 200 camere. Inoltre è un Hotel alcool-free ma non viene indicato da nessuna parte. ”

“The sister hotel doubletree was closed for refurbishment so the pool/splash pad/restaurants on that side were not in service. Dissappointing as we were not informed of this during booking with expedia. Due to it being closed- the guests from that side came to our side resulting in long waiting times and busy buffet meals. Staff were rushed. Rooms are dated, and furniture looks tired. Outdoor lazy river was only highlight.”
