“The staff at this hotel were lovely- friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent and the rooms comfortable. My room was spacious and clean. The only areas for improvement- my mattress felt a little old and worn. Also as cyclists it would have been good to have cover for our bicycles during our stay. Roufy our breakfast provider was really delightful and so helpful, as was Alan on reception. I would stay here again and recommend to others.”

“Beautiful property, well furnished rooms with friendly & helpful staff. While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid). The option is there to take the service charge off but in my view, it is...
