“La chambre était spacieuse, propre et parfaitement équipée. L’ensemble de l’établissement offre un cadre agréable et propice au bien‑être. En revanche, lors de mon arrivée, l’accueil a été particulièrement froid et la chambre qui m’avait été attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle que j’avais réservée. Lorsque j’ai signalé ce problème, j’ai eu le sentiment d’être traité avec un certain mépris. J’ai finalement dû régler un supplément de 200 € pour obtenir la chambre initialement...
