We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers. “Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points. breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good! Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new! Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing. “The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve.”

“The hotel is in need of updating. As it was the last week they were running down food supplies so the food for breakfast and dinner got less and less with very little choice. The staff did not seem to care when the food and drink ran out. The hotel did not purchase more for example the bacon and tomato ketchup ran out mid week and no more was purchased. ”
