“Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“When I arrived at the property, despite me canceling my previous reservation, they were confused as they saw two reservations, and even after me showing that I had canceled it, they still gave me a hard time. They should have better communication with the booking agency so that this does not happen to someone else in future. The room was OK but nothing spectacular. Non ho usufruito dei servizi quali Safari e visite a varie attrazione, che comunque sono offerte dalla struttura. C’è disponibilità di 2 tipologie di colazione: english (gratuita) e Sri Lankan (a pagamento) in entrambi i casi viene preparata al momento e all’orario che si desidera. “Very rural location which meant we were very aware of the noise of village dogs during the night. It is an 8 minute tuktuk ride from the Dambulla bus stand, but only a 600 metre walk to the access to the Dambulla Cave Temples. The bathroom was tired and could do with a significant refresh.”
