“Mah... servizio davvero raffazzonato. Il primo giorno chiediamo un cavatappi per una bottiglia di vino. Ci viene detto che sarà portato in camera. Mai visto, l'abbiamo comprato il giorno dopo. Al ristorante O2 ci fanno sedere a un tavolo e poi ci fanno spostare perché hanno un gruppo numeroso. L'ultimo giorno bussano e entrano in camera alle 8 e gli diciamo di andar via. Mettiamo il cartellino do not disturb e dopo un'ora ribussano e ritornano. Inoltre, negli altri alberghi l'acqua in bottiglia...

“Nice hotel, centrally located. Lobby is clean big welcoming and pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable though would say the bathroom has seen better days. Floor behind and around the toilet was cracked, old looking, water damaged. The shower has a half door and water sprays out of the shower/bath when taking a shower. The breakfast is phenomenal and one of the best parts of the stay. Would stay again though would suggest an upgrade to the bathroom.”
