“per mia fortuna ho soggiornato in questa struttura solo una notte. il freddo che ho patito è stato indescrivibile! l'hotel infatti non dispone di riscaldamento nè di qualunque altra forma di calore. non ci sono stufe elettriche neanche a pagamento! ti forniscono solo una borsa dell'acqua calda! la stanza era nella parte nuova ed era molto carina per l'arredamento e per la stupenda vista sulla catena montuosa, ma non si può prescindere dal riscaldamento a gennaio! c'erano 3 gradi fuori e dentro...

“The property seems great . They have swimming pool, jacuzzi( cold water though) , and a magnificent view from the hotel . A bit busy during weekends . The pool had more people than the water . Food was Ok, tried their buffet and it was not to the standard . We tried their peri peri chicken too and it was not as good as well . The room allocated to us was good . Staff were amazing .”

“Stayed 5/29/2026. Had reserved/paid for deluxe room- they were overbooked and was offered tiny rooms without any views. Property faces opposite direction of Mountains- so no mountain view from room. I The facility was short staffed. Dishes was left on lawns and outdoor table. Left over food and dirty dishes were scattered on lawn and outdoor furniture. Breakfast was Indian style and horrible.”
