“We loved staying at this hotel and found the setting and scenery very beautiful. the hotel consists of little bungalows inside the forest, right next to the lake. I would like to see more information about the hotel services to be more readily available in the rooms and public areas (ie spa & other facilities). the pool should be renovated and enlarged. Also the hotel should provide some paddle boats and kayaks for rent so that people can enjoy the beautiful lake.”

The best ever tuna steak and a lot more. We spend 4 wonderful nights at Taru Villa Habarana. Nice pool as well. They have it all! So much to see in the surroundings. We can really recommend this hotel!!”

“As the hotel name suggests the property is located away from the city's hustle and bustle :) you are immersed in nature and its beautiful surroundings. The staff were welcoming and our check in was quick and smooth. Rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities. There was enough water pressure from the shower head regardless of the negative comments some guests experienced. Food at the restaurant was deeeeelicious and plenty of varieties from Sri Lankan to international cusines my kids...

“Very boutique style hotel, you will feel like you have a private hotel, very quiet, not many rooms, service is amazing very personalised and everyone is so nice and helpful, also location is good close but secluded, and many wild animals around the gardens which is great. food is delicious, and room are spacious. Very happy with all, super recommended.”

“Tres bel endroit dans un écrin de verdure et à 1kms à vol d'oiseau du site de Sigiriya. Grande Piscine avec quelques transats et joli restaurant sous un grand porche pour les petits dejeuners et les diners. Breakfast correct mais toujours le meme et au bout de trois nuits, ça devient lassant. Restaurant dans la moyenne, ok pour dépanner mais on trouve beaucoup mieux et moins cher en allant sur la route principale vers Sigiriya. Chambres spacieuses avec grande terrasse mais l'hotel aurait besoin...
