“Stayed one night at Royal Shanaya Villa, 3 bedroom. Loved the luxurious bed and private pool. It was clean and in great condition. The grounds of the property are amazing. The shuttle was quite fun! Contra: the river could be cleaned up. There is construction next to our villa.”

“The private onsen facility was exceptional; however, its limited availability to a single use per stay was a notable drawback. The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. The retail establishment was situated at a considerable distance from the hotel premises. Furthermore, the public onsen was unfortunately out of service during our visit.”

“The room and the breakfast were ok, but some improvement in cleanliness might be done. The towels provided we very old (threadbare), the soap dispenser in the shower had some rusted parts which implied some rust pieces were released with the soap at each release and the shower had some molded sealings. The pillow sheets also didn't smell good, as if they had been kept in a dusty place or just not properly cleaned. ”

“Struttura molto carina, vicinissima al centro storico e tenuta molto bene. Stile indonesiano che ci è piaciuto molto. Camera grande e completa di tutto. Personale super gentile come è nel loro standard. Unica pecca forse che non è possibile fare colazione. Per il resto ci ritornerei sicuramente!!!”

“New hotel, clean, lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Near major universities. Located next to a minimarket. About 15 min ride to train station. There is no loop in the lobby / drop-off area, which is a hassle for drivers, creates a bit of bottleneck as cars need to reverse out. Uses Google to connect with front desk which appears modern, but a bit impractical.”

“Liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, am Berg, man hat also zum Restaurant oder Pool immer Steigung zu überwinden. Abends waren wir alleine im Restaurant, morgens auch zuerst, und dann kamen lauter Gruppen auf einmal, da war es dann voll, ungemütlich, laut und Essen nachfüllen oder Tische abräumen wurde schwierig. Auswahl an Essen war grundsätzlich ok. Zimmer war groß, das Bett praktisch für uns als Familie, unten bequemes Doppelbett, oben das Reich für die Tochter. Hatten ein Zimmer ohne Aussicht...
