“Hotel centralissimo che merita 5 stelle per il servizio,il personale e la pulizia … ma è fuori categoria per gli arredi, le opere d’arte e gli oggetti d’antiquariato che contiene , un vero museo da visitare e scoprire giorno per giorno. Complimenti!!”

Personale super gentile come è nel loro standard. Unica pecca forse che non è possibile fare colazione. Per il resto ci ritornerei sicuramente!!!”

“All my reviews are by the Rules & Regulations of Expedia. First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL.”

“Er is geen waterkoker, koffie, thee Ontbijt alleen oosters, er is geen brood. Wij zijn buiten het hotel gaan ontbijten waar wel westers ontbijt is.”

“Von außen sieht das ganze ja ganz nett aus, von innen allerdings fürchterlich. Auf dem Gang zum Zimmer waren riesige Schmutz-Fleicken am Boden, im Zimmer roch es stark nach kalten Rauch, der Boden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt, die Toilette und die Dusche waren so dreckig das ich mich dort nicht duschen wollte. Das Personal sprach schlecht Englisch. Dieser Hotel würde ich nicht mehr buchen ”

“朝食は種類が多く満足です！ ベッドもふかふか！ ただ浴室でシャワーしてるにも関わらず床の排水溝から水があふれトイレ水浸しになりました。あと３泊4日で取ったのにも関わらず何故か泊まった次の日チェックアウトの電話がきたのでビックリしました！”

“Cleanliness was fine and the cleaners are really nice. They also speak better English than most. The room is very worn. There was mold in the ceiling, the watertap was loose and we had trouble stopping the water etc. Breakfast was decent as Indonesian but really bad as American. The waitress was very nice. She even gave us an appreciated omelette. The pool looks nice. This hotel has seen better days, but it still charges as if all is fine.”

“Secara keseluruhan kamar lumayan, cuma sayang banyak semut kecil ditembok dekat ranjang, dan beberapa naik ke ranjang, sehingga gatal2 digigit semut. Lalu pas sarapan menunya tidak cocok untuk anak2 karena menunya pedas”
