Complimenti!!”

“We had an outstanding experience staying at Golden Tulip. Everything was spot on. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast option was fantastic. 10/10, definitely will come back if we go to Batu again. Highly recommend. ”

“Camere pulite..spa professionali e gentili ..”

“The private onsen facility was exceptional; however, its limited availability to a single use per stay was a notable drawback. The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. The retail establishment was situated at a considerable distance from the hotel premises. Furthermore, the public onsen was unfortunately out of service during our visit.”

“HOTEL CON PISCINA RISTORANTE E QUANT'ALTRO, HOTEL E CAMERA OK, IL BAGNO ABBASTANZA DELUDENTE. LE CAMERE NON HANNO BALCONI.”

“Good location, just need more varieties in their breakfast”

“The room and the breakfast were ok, but some improvement in cleanliness might be done. The towels provided we very old (threadbare), the soap dispenser in the shower had some rusted parts which implied some rust pieces were released with the soap at each release and the shower had some molded sealings. The pillow sheets also didn't smell good, as if they had been kept in a dusty place or just not properly cleaned. ”

“Clean room, pool and room has description”

Sarapan...
