I went with a group and they were able to not only accommodate about 12 of us but there were other guests present as well. “The environment was nice but the particular room(family suite) that I stayed in was not properly cleaned. There was rat poop, the bathroom dirty. The on-boarding was poor. No one told me where to find anything, not even where you’ll have breakfast! Customer service was very poor. The distance from Accra to the resort was more than 5hrs probably due to road construction. Though breakfast was nice and the pool was nice. Widad”

“Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. ”

“Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. The income from this resort goes to support the local orphanage and the resort has donated water storage systems to many of the local villages. The team is reopening the property after it having been closed for some time and dealing with the challenges as they present. “The property had no running water in my room no towels desk manager did not have my reservation no wifi main lobby had 1 single light on air conditioner was minimal at best. I had reserved for 2 days but left after 1 day ”
