Scenario montuoso veramente bello …. mi piacerebbe d’inverno!”

“Worst staff and experience on a multi-month journey with over a hundred different stays. The staff were rude and uncommunicative. No internet. The place was not adequately equipped. It was 90 degrees inside without a fan in summer and we could not sleep. Beds uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked basics. No dish soap and they require you to clean the dishes?! We had booked four nights with Expedia but realized how bad it was on the first night. The office was closed all day except a couple hours in...

“Logement de qualité. Chambre propre. Personnel professionnel.

“Let's first admit I did not careful check the facilities of the hotel. But it is a scandal that 2023 a hotel doesn't have air-conditioning. The single room is also a scandal. The bed almost occupies the whole room. Nowadays it should be Normal to offer single travelers Double bed for the same price. The price/quality ratio is not correct. ”

“We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. There were only three members of staff on the premises who were unable to offer any of the facilities advertised. As...

“The hosts are really welcoming and there to help you.”
