Staff does not taken ownership of their responsibilities and the little things go unattended to. Close to the cruise. Be aware of the taxes 10%, plus 18% VAT tax. ”

The bathroom was falling apart, plumbing in disrepair, no shower curtain, only 2 bath towels (no hand or face towels) and only a chunk of soap. Ceiling light was hanging down by the wires. The WiFi did not extend to our room. There were dogs barking all night and then a rooster beginning at 5AM. The neighbourhood was noisy and seemed unsafe. “The guesthouse is situated overlooking the ocean but it is well hidden. Don't give up! Follow the unpaved road around and you'll find a gem. The proprietor is friendly, will provide breakfast, arrange take-out meals and transfers if needed. We enjoyed our stay. ”
