“The swimming pool was filthy, with heavy sediment and a lot of algae buildup. The pool water was dirty, and the decayed mats stuck all over my child's body. As a result, my child suffered severe dermatitis and skin irritation right after swimming, requiring an immediate hospital visit upon our return to Ho Chi Minh City. The resort failed to disclose that the beach is unusable; there is only a seawall and no actual beach to swim in. The breakfast restaurant was overcrowded with a severe shortage...

“La chambre avec vue sur mer était extraordinaire, les plages magnifiques. L’hôtel est un tout-compris avec buffet. Une grosse partie de la clientèle provient de Russie. Si vous n’avez pas payé pour un tout-compris, et êtes un pauvre petit Québécois, vous sentirez étranger en ces lieux. Les activités sont bilingues, vietnamiens et russes. Je me suis fait plusieurs fois apostropher, car ne portant pas le bracelet, je devais prouver mon appartenance au lieu. Le menu à la carte auquel j’avais...

“E' il resort più esclusivo della baia di Mui Ne. Semplicemente fantastico. Camere spaziose, bagno enorme, ottimo buffet di colazione, piscina bellissima, ottima posizione sulla spiaggia, personale disponibile e cordiale. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole riposarsi due o tre giorni tra una tappa e l'altra del viaggio in Vietnam e non ha problemi di budget, perchè per gli standard locali è abbastanza caro....però in Italia un posto così costerebbe almeno il triplo.”

“Not enough staff, not all rooms were available by 3pm. Beach was not well accommodated, no beach chair or anything provided by the hotel, just the beach and you. Pools (3) were nice but could be better. The place is a little remote by everything else so the hotel should arrange some kinda of activities. We stayed 2 nights and basically just wandering by ourselves. With that said, the rooms were nice (our family reserved 3), breakfast buffet was nice but all could be better.”
