Hotel per fare shopping in Lancashire

“First glance at the hotel was a disappointment not what the pictures showed on Expedia looks run down. Was only staying for 1 night. Check in was fine nice and quick. Hall ways looked dirty like they hadn’t been hoovered in a week or so. Found a used tea bag on the window sill. The room was terrible stains on the carpets. Wall paper was peeling from the walls, damp in the room, holes in the bathroom walls. Asked to change rooms got to say staff members really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately...

“Booked a double seaview room which was ok but nothing to really shout about. Bed was comfortable, lots of storage and bathroom ok. Our room was situated next to the main entrance to the corridor so could hear the fire door open and close all night. Also.oppoaite a cleaning cupboard so they were in and out from quite early in the morning. The bathroom was quite dusty and there was no hand soap provided so had to use the body wash to wash hands after using the toilet. Didn't eat dinner in the...

“Hello all, Stayed in the Windsor Park for 2 nights to see the illuminations and go and see "Uncanny" at the Grand Theatre. Danny the proprietor could not be more friendly, helpful and welcoming. Additionally all people working in the WP were friendly and provided a very good service. The Guesthouse was absolutely spotless! Really clean and fresh. Our room was warm, comfortable, and not a speck of dust anywhere and the loo was super clean. We had a lovely view of the sea and it was great...
