“No pool”

“I would choose this property again for convenience. However, the stay was average. Furnishings are traditional, but adequate. Some aspects of room needs updating. Due to Electrical Grid issues, power outages occasional, but this is universal in Monrovia. Breakfast was good. I did not use any amenities. ”

“Our stay after a week of very hot weather was relaxing and refreshing. The ocean was awesome and the staff made the stay very enjoyable. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good but service could have been a bit faster. We had a late flight and they allowed us to stay and use the pool and relax until we left at 4. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again! ”

While the hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there is noticeable work in progress throughout the property, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. The true highlight of my stay was the staff—exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warmth made a real difference. I’m confident that once the renovations are complete, the hotel will offer an even better experience. ”

“ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMODATING WITH A 7 HOUR LATE CHECK OUT. FOOD WAS GOOD IN RESTAURANT. WE TALKED TO THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT ABOUT COMING BACK FOR CONFERENCES IN THE FUTURE OVERALL A NICE PLACE TO STAY A FEW DAYS ”

“The first room I was given was deplorable. The TV and satellite (SATCON) did not work. They said they were going to fix it but never did. I was transferred to another room which was much better. However the shower faucet was broken. The positive aspect about this place is the river view. The rate is low so you cannot expect much. Only one towel is provided and the room is not cleaned daily. ”

“Poor customer service. Tried to upgrade my room but it never happened. Could not get service to help with concerns in room. ”

“Air condition was ok, breakfast wasn't offered to me. ”

“The front desk staff are excellent. The gym, while old, is better than anything I’ve had in Liberia. ”
