“The chalet was ready when we arrived, clean, orderly, towels and linens, etc. I had reserved and paid online, and the security people at the gate had not been informed, but a manager soon arrived and all was sorted out without any problem or substantial delay.”

“It was a nice stay during new year eve , the property manager was very friendly and the bar staff were cool . But make sure you take your 4x4 as this place to go with small cars are horrible , rest of the things are super cool”

“A contact number was given for arrival.When number was called it didnt exist but after 1 and a half hours we send a message to the number and there was a immediate response from the property manager from another number and we were directed. Was confusing as for the original contact number could not be phoned. Also the main bedrooms aircon was not working. The rest was perfect.”

“Not sure this property is still using Expedia. Drove 4 hours to find our booking didnt exist. Check with property itself if you book through here. ”

“It was a good time, the facilities are good and we had a warm welcome. But the directions and pin location give was wrong, we had a rough time to get to house. ”
