“This was my 3rd one-night stay at the El Dorado Classic. This last visit I stayed on the 4th floor and the suite was basic but very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. There was very hot water , which wasn’t available during previous stays in lower rooms. I did observe that the hot water began running out once. I also had difficulty charging my phone there, though the reception staff and another hotel staff were immediately responsive to aid me in this matter, just not in my actual room....

“It was AMAZING! The service was beyond perfect. Mamerto, Alfredo, Victor, and the AMAK team were the perfect hosts. The place is already a paradise and in addition the food is delicious. Excellent service + nice accommodations + interesting tours + delicious food = Perfect Place for Vacation ”

“For this high end style resort, it was not worth the money. The food, which was included was poor to mediocre quality and very tiny servings. The service was mediocre, constantly forgetting details like a spoon for your coffee or always needing to be hailed. Not attentive at all for this caliber place. A general lack of amenities like no jacuzzi, sauna, gym, etc. The rooms are nice. Again, for the money, very disappointing in general. We have stayed at many other places at half the cost but...

“I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was nice and helpful. Air conditioning was great to have, and the breakfasts were delicious. The area around it can be noisy at night, so I was glad I brought earplugs. Obviously the hotel cannot control that, but something to consider.”

“Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön...im Garten laufen viele schöne Ziere herum. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und sauber !Man erhält jederzeit Unterstützung von dem Personal. Insgesamt liegt die Unterkunft sehr entspannt etwas weiter vom Zentrum und der Straße weg...perfekt. Man hört keinen Straßenlärm sondern nur Vögel und Grillen. TOP zum entspannen.”

“Hotel located very conveniently for tourist area. Large spacious room, hot shower, comfy bed plus AC. There was quite a bit of noise coming from outside. Inclusive breakfast only starts at 7am so not available for early travellers”
