“Hi, I stayed here, and overall, everything was great. The room and everything else were good, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the laundry service. Since I already paid for the room, I think it would be better if washing and drying clothes were included in the room price. Having to pay small additional fees each time I use the washer or dryer can be a little irritating. In the future, when setting the room prices, it would be better to include laundry and washing in the overall room...

“booked the hotel from the United States, but due to special circumstances my person (guest) could not come, so my money was wasted. There is no fault of the hotel management this happened because of my own person’s busy schedule, which is why I could not be present.”

“Location is ideal for walking to Lumbini. Staff were very helpful, arranging transportation and bringing amenities I requested. The staff woke me up in the morning to chide me for not coming to breakfast on time, which I found odd. There was also a very loud family that hung out in the hallway outside my door for hours in the middle of the night and kept trying to open my thankfully locked door. I asked staff to intervene but nothing happened.”
