“I was extremely disappointed with the hotel because I kindly requested a partial refund due to the fact that I could not stay at the hotel at all due to a travel schedule conflict, and they refused to do that. Extremely disappointed and will not soon be visiting this hotel chain in the future. Expedia also let me down but blamed the hotel’s manager for ultimately refusing.”

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA... NOS TOCO SALI A BUSCAR ALOJAMIENTO EN OTRO LUGAR. HORRIBLE”

“Very peaceful and relax”

“La piscina faltaba mantenimiento y limpieza”

“Hotel limpio y amabilidad 100 de 100”

“NO A/C, NO WI FI, NO POWER , 1 Million Mosquitos and in the same bedroom slips unknown people with you? Expedia allows this????”

“The property is not well maintained and under staffed. The food menu is limited”

“Clean, comfortable, friendly, and a great location. Karla was a fabulous host, her breakfast was so delicious with fresh Ecuadorian fruits, eggs and bread. The grounds are beautiful, lovely pool surrounded by lush local gardens and indigenous pottery. Our cottage was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. We had a fabulous 5 nights, thanks to Karla's hospitality, lovely weather and the Pacific Ocean just across the road. ”

“Helpful host and cafe in the hotel a plus…”
