“In fase di check in la hall era vuota, dopo mezz'ora di attesa abbiamo chiamato il numero indicato per le emergenze e in pochi minuti è arrivata la ragazza, l'acqua calda non funzionava bene dovevamo aprirla e farla scorrere per molto tempo fino a quando non arrivava tiepida ma mai calda, i termosifoni spenti menomale che era presente il condizionatore, la pulizia generale della camera e dell'hotel erano nella media a parte qualche dettaglio”

La piscina al coperto non era riscaldata, pertanto non era così piacevole farci il bagno alla sera. Comprendo se fosse stata all'aperto sotto il sole, ma al chiuso l'acqua fredda non l'ho trovata una buona scelta”

“Jeremy was very good at communicating and the position of the chalet was excellent for the ski lift.However in the chalet we found at least 20 bed bugs in the beds. So we didnt stay. Jeremy was very apologetic and issued a full refund that day. I am sure that he will fully fumigate the place but you may wish to check before booking. We incurred other expenses by having to move to Val Thorens last minute for our ski holiday, some of which Jérémy covered.”

“Great location at the top of the resort. Apartment was overall nice, beds very uncomfortable, we had to use all the blankets to lay on!! Staff helpful. Didn’t use pool as no time! Beware of all the hidden extras when booking- extra for towels, Wifi, end of stay cleaning, tv (don’t buy as all french shopping channels!) Comfort pack including all this was €129 for the week. ”

“Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einer umfangreichen Ausstattung. Die Unterkunft wurde mit sehr viel Liebe und Details renoviert. Die Anbindung an das Skigebiet Orelle und Val Thorens ist sehr gut. Die Beschreibung ist korrekt und der Kontakt inkl. Check-In / Check-Out war sehr gut. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Skiurlaub in Frankreich genießen können.”

“Il residence è nella media, discreta costruzione spazi adeguati con servizi nel complesso buoni. E' situato ad 1 km di salita dal paese e su 7 giorni per 4 non ha funzionato, causa nevicate, il servizio navetta di collegamento al paese e agli impianti da sci. Quindi trasporto bagagli a mano sia in arrivo che in partenza e a piedi le visite in paese molto carino. Meglio i residence in centro.... P.S. la posizione del residence riportata da Hotels.com non è corretta; il residence è in rue des...
