“Although I payed in advance the hotel for. 4 nights for 4 people they insisted that they did not receive the money from Expedia and threatend us with the police if we would leave. We were treated as if we were criminals. They did not open the mails Expedia had sent so when we arrived our accomodation was not ready because they did not expect guests. “I arrived after midnight and my room was waiting for me spotless and everything to perfection, there was a porter available to open the door for me as I entered the hotel and a receptionist to check me in, the porter helped me with my luggage ti my room and without me asking offere to connect me to WiFi and showed me how room amenities work. Bed was comfortable, A/C was good, included generous breakfast buffet. Very affordable ”
